Cancellation Policy

Clients who are unable to keep their scheduled appointments are expected to call and cancel the
appointment or reschedule the appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the late
cancellation fee. The late cancellation fee is the charge of a full session. This is applicable to both, in
office sessions and telehealth sessions too. We can be reached at office@pinnacletherapytx.com

Note* Your insurance company will not cover missed appointments, no shows, or late cancellations.
The fee will be according to the contract with the insurance company.
